FInDA Advice & Welfare
Our Advice and Welfare services are available from our Selly Oak Office, at various outreach locations across the city, via phone and by email.
Services available through this programme:
- Information, advice and guidance regarding
- Welfare benefits
- Tribunal Representation
- Debt and money advice
- Immigration issues
- Outreach services based at Lozells and East Handsworth Children’s Centres
Criteria for this programme:
- Programme is not a drop-in service
- Clients must be residents of Birmingham
- For Children’s Centres activities – clients must reside within the area postcode – please call the main office and ask for further assistance with this
Referrals:
- Referrals from support workers or other support professionals can be made through downloading the FInDA Referral Form
Accreditation:
All FInDA services are accredited by the Advice Quality Standard, and our immigration services are both registered with the OISC and accredited by Lexcel
